Still MIA at the FAA
Today the FAA confirmed that they have not heard from Jim Carpenter in over 1 1/2 years. The developer went missing when the FAA requested/required a copy of his business plan in order to continue reserving the airspace for the proposed CTA after it expired November 12, 2011. No fly zone covers the timeline for the developer’s dealings with the FAA beginning in 2007.
